  It’s not

First i thought about including these ones...
But (A) there are none..

https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=6872stk01#T=P&C=0

(B) By now they are getting 40 years old. Fourty!
So it wouldn´t be a safe option either.
That´s why FREE replacement stickers were the only way to make it happen.

If sellers include a free bag of sweets or extra parts in the box no one is complaining.

You don´t like to have a free Classic Space Moon Sticker included?,
write in an order comment then, so it is not put into your shipment.

If I’m not mistaken it’s ip infringement of an ip owned by the website you’re
selling it on since I’m pretty sure classic space is an ip help by lego so if
those are custom stickers containing the logo that means a 3rd party made them
(likely) without permission and it’s being profited off of both by the sticker
maker and you the seller (likely) without permission from the ip holder.

Plus it’s a 3rd party sticker which is a “knockoff” lego item which is specifically
not allowed to be sold (and presumably given away either as that could still
be considered “sold” since it’s part of the items advertised as included in the
listing even if advertised as “free”)

I agree with this. You are producing the stickers for commercial use. Even
if you aren't charging for them, you are using them to encourage the sale
of your items.

Bricklink is very tight on third party items in any case. While I think it would
be quite a petty thing to complain about I believe you are in the wrong doing
this.

I am not producing anything, i bought them as well to give away on a great product.

Even if you aren't charging for them, you are using them to encourage the sale
of your items.

If i were a buyer i´d like to have the things complete too. Not needing to take
care where to get a single sticker! from for them. It´s like the ones on old
sets, without it something is missing.

Anyway, removed that part from the description now.
Will be included in the box without upfront information with a note "3rd
Party Sticker", let the buyers decide wether they want to use it or burn
them.

There isn't even anything to say to the buyer that the Classic Space sticker
is a fake. It says that you get a custom item (as in one that is not in the catalogue)
and all the parts listed were at some stage made by LEGO. The buyer might rightly
assume that the sticker in the contents is a LEGO item as LEGO have made them.
But then the buyer gets a fake sticker.

Added the word "3rd Party" in the description of the sticker for you.
On items which are custom anyway...

Custom items cannot use non-LEGO parts. Custom items on bricklink means custom
items not officially released by LEGO and so not in the catalogue, but still
made by LEGO. It doesn't mean custom items that are made by third parties.
Otherwise, it would be possible to sell custom items such as those made by brickarms,
brickforge, brickwarriors, etc and also other non-LEGO items such as by Mega,
Cobi and Lepin.

Okay.
So you are basically suggesting you shouldn´t be allowed
to repair or use Historic Oldtimer Cars because the original manufacturer
doesn´t have any parts anymore?
You must let the car rot away, for maintaining and uphold them with aftermarket
parts should be absolutely verboten?

Why don´t you force to forward all these classic Cars to Cuba for free (or just
it´s transportation costs), at least they are appreciated, cared for and well
maintained there?

For i have no idea where to get a NON-available 40 year old! sticker from, i
think
it´s a fitting anology.
We are talking about a sticker. a 3rd party sticker. or a FAKE sticker as one
put it,
on Budgeted Spacemen.

Feel free to print them at home to complete your Set!
Nobody's going to sue you for this.

But here, free or not, they aren't allowed to be listed because of IP/Copyright/Brand,
whatever. That's it, don't take it personally or too complicated: it's
just NOT allowed.

There’s a huge difference between
— replacing a durite with a bit of garden hose or an orginal fender with a replica
that’s cleary identified as such to keep a car functional
— and copying a trademark that’s still in use, on stickers that are not necessary
for the function, on stickers that are not clearly recognizable as replicas,
and, to top it off, selling them on a site owned by the trademark owner, thus
blurring even more the line(s) between original, official, and replica.

The ability of a car collector using 3rd party parts to repair a car is in no
way the same as ip infringement being used to create a sticker that copies the
logo of an ip to sell a product better.

  on Budgeted Spacemen.

Or you could go for monochrome spacemen, I’ve heard those are popular. I’ve got
nothing against you so I hope your don’t take this that way, I just truly don’t
believe it’s a good idea to spread fake stickers around that directly copy a
lego logo

@Nubs&Sylvain - See my latest post 7 message above this one.

Now, i couldn´t imagine this becoming so controversal.
That´s why i leave the decision to you all having replied now.

How to go on?
1st, i remove the figures from here, because they are so toxic breaking the rules.

to
2nd, take them to a flea market or lego market, and offering the stickers
i bought free on top, when they choose to take them. So an adult can enjoy
having them in their collection.

or
3rd
I donate them free to a kindergarden at it´s full price outside the European
Union (Taxes) and not to the USA (Tariffs) so i can get a full 100% Tax deduction
for their value.
That way it will just cost me the shipping (instead of free goods, 20€ shipping,
and 80€ VAT-Tax out of my purse for giving it way for free in the EU).
So the figures go at least to children having fun to grade them down to playwear
levels within weeks. Of course they don´t get the stickers, we don´t want them
getting manipulated into a brand mindset, don´t we.

Do you know a kindergarden nearby meeting this criteria? Sent me a message or/and
link then. By the way, UK is out too for insane paperwork.

So you´re free to choose. What would you do?

No one wants them as monochrome in their current state (without stickers). For
months now.
Yet i got to close office asap, getting rid of everything, nicely.

The individual parts should sell well then if as complete figures they dont,
especially if your trying to move them fast and have them cheap

No - it's to BrickLink's decision, not ours.
You just can't sell LEGO parts with home/professional made stickers here.

Your Minifigures can really be sold as you wish, as is without the sticker or
parted-out.
