Just found 2 types of Pearl Light Gray curved slopes that do not appear when
searching for these parts in this color.

Am I labelling these slopes incorrectly?

For reference 2 Flat Silver slopes are added in the picture (two on the left!).

I think the two on the left look like metallic silver, and the rest are flat
silver. I don’t think any of them are pearl light gray.

Thanks for your quick response!

I always thought the swirl and shiny finish points to PLG.

For instance:

Part No: x346 Name: Bionicle 1 x 3 Tooth with Axle Hole (Bohrok Eye)
*
x346 Bionicle 1 x 3 Tooth with Axle Hole (Bohrok Eye)
Parts: BIONICLE {Pearl Light Gray}

I think any pearl color (of which flat silver is one) can have that kind of finish

Nope.

Describing transfers between color names and the naming of these colors through
the years doesn't help a bit in determining the correct color.....

I'm still in the blind regarding WHAT color it is; whatever year or text
mentioned on that help-page.

In terms of listing items for sale here, just stick to the Known Colors and you
should be good. If you have concerns listing a part that is lighter and more
pearly than you would expect from Flat Silver, you can just add a Comment about
the variance for your buyers.
