How do I remove items from my wanted list that I have already purchased? I have
hit the "apply order" but it still keeps the item on the wanted list?

Hi,

Apply Order (only) changes the Have field.  It’s up to you to delete the items.

It’s somewhat logical: You do want to keep track of what you bought / wanted,
at least until the order really arrives complete.

Note that:
1. Some searches (like on the Buy page) know to only care about “Want minus Have.”
But some need you to activate the option (in stores for instance).

2. Apply Order is dumb: it has no memory.  So:
  a. If you apply the same order several times on the same list, it will increase
Have every time (until it reachs Want).  Say you want 10, you bought 5, Apply
Order twice and Have is at 10.
  b. If you have the same part/colour combination in different lists, each Apply
Order is independant / has no memory it was already applied.  Say you want 10
black bricks 1x1 in one list and 5 in another, and you bought 5, you Apply Order
on both and both will have a Have of 5 (as if you bought 10).

Also, no, there’s no link whatsoever with My Collection

All in all, and especially if you have multiple/complicated lists, it’s still
simpler to use third-party tools, like BrickStore (app; uses BL catalogue) or
Rebrickable (website; own catalogue).
