Eeyore should be listed as a part under the categories "Animal, Land"
or "Duplo, Animal" it just makes sense. None of his figures use any minifigure
pieces, and similar figures from Toy Story are listed as animals.

I would rather things moved in the other direction.

If you want very high accuracy, Eeyore should NOT be "Animal, Land".
He should be "Minifigure Utensil". He isn't a donkey. He's
a plush toy, which is also what Woody is. Hamm is listed as "Animal, Land",
but he is a porcelain bank.
