Why is he in Town?

Hi,

Curiously,

A lot of Creator Expert Sets' Minifigures are in "Town" category.
Minifigures from "Creator Expert: Winter Village Collection" are in the
"Holiday & Event" category.
The only reason is that there isn't any "Creator" Minifigures category
.

Because we don't have a dedicated category for Creator Expert/Icons minifigures
and previous admins started added them under Town many years ago.

It's certainly not ideal, so you are welcome to suggest a change if you have
a better idea.
