This set entry should be deleted entirely, as it is misleading and only causes
confusion. This set never existed under this set number, and is not unreleased.

This misconception stems from a typo in the 1999 U.S. small brochure. This note
can be seen on the LUGNET entry for this set (https://guide.lugnet.com/set/4959),
and I just confirmed by checking the brochure myself. In every other place, this
is correctly labeled as set 4950.

If this typo is noteworthy, it should simply be included as a note on set 4950,
similar to how Minifigure pm014 handles a magazine mislabeling.
