I get eliminating spam, but why is it so difficult for new members to contact
stores for details. This has turned me off of this site in the past. I had
another account that I forgot the password to and the email address is no longer
used. I created this account because a seller has something I want but I can't
request any details. Why make it this difficult for new people to buy items
unless I were to buy them without any info. If I was after just bricks, condition
would be enough but I want a set which I want to see what I'm buying first.
How long do I have to wait or what hoops do I have to jump through before I
can message a seller?

You're a bit responsible of the problem, don't you think so?

New Sealed doesn't mean Mint, Used shouldn't be pit bull chewed bricks.
Feel free to ask us to write the shop owner about your question. But he/she may
not reply - that much depends how hard it's to reply to an subjective question
and depending the value of what you wish, etc.
Otherwise I'd recommend you to take your time, get one or a couple feedbacks
and then be able to message. But again, very often messaging isn't necessary,
depending what you wish.

I did ask for help initially for someone to message the shop on my behalf and
no one volunteered. As I mentioned, I'm not after bricks, I'm after
a set that the store has for sale. The set in question is the Bat Pod which
most likely isn't an original set, many were pieced together with other bricks
and I would like a picture of what they are selling to know if the set is done
correctly because many of these sets were put together substituting wrong bricks.
So now I can't ask my non subjective questions because I am forced to buy
other items before I can buy what I really am after. At that rate, I may as
well pay the ebay markup to at least see what I am buying before I purchase.
