I got the email about voting being open for series 8. Where do we vote? I followed
the link, but I can't figure out how to actually vote.

I believe the message was sent too early.

Votes generally only begin at noon Pacific time (21h CET) and the message was
sent at noon CET (3AM Pacific time).
