Currently working on putting together a large amount of used sets that either
have missing of bad stickers on the pieces. I went online to look and all of
the sheets I need are upwards of 60 dollars, by the end costing me near 1000
on mere stickers. I found Brick Sticker Shop online that seems to make high quality
replacements for super cheap, like 5-10 dollars per sheet. Would i be able to
order these and sell them applied to the parts in the set?
No. You can’t use 3rd party stickers and sell the sets here. You can try to track
down pieces that have better stickers than the pieces that you have but still
can’t be hard for older sets.

Have you looked to see if there are any sellers here on Bricklink that have the
sticker sheets you need? Often sellers sell the sticker sheets at a reasonable
price.
Also, check out "counter parts" at the bottom of the inventory. Sometimes
you can just order the pieces with the stickers already applied for cheaper
