What is wrong of bricklink Helpdesk？

After three messages send to Helpdesk on last week to cancel NSS, (The order
was fully refunded )

No reply, no messsage, no action.

Any idea about helpdesk situation? out of order or no body there?

Normally they did reply and action timely last time.

Need help!

The helpdesk often takes 2-3 weeks to respond
