I got zero help on facebook (should I be surprised?).
I got a pair of orders from the same buyer, sequential order number, same amount
of tax ($0.35), but one order is $0.00. No items, no value, just $0.35 tax. I
did just cancel it, but does anyone know what might have happened?

I think I’ve heard of this error before, I’m not sure the exact cause but might
have been something with page refreshes after the order was placed
