Hi, I've just done a large order made up of deliveries from 26 separate sellers.
Most have arrived fine, but 2 or 3 have contacted me to say they no longer have
a piece and will offer me a refund for the missing piece.
That was several days ago and I haven't heard anything since. What form do
refunds usually take - money back via Paypal? I've contacted a couple of
them but haven't had any response.
The seller should refund via Bricklink and that will go to the original payment
method.
If they dont you can raise a NSS to to encourage them to do so, think you need
to wait 5 or 7 days for that.
I would add that if you look at your orders page, you can see if the refund has
been initiated, even if it has not yet hit your initial payment platform.
