Trying to purchase from a store in Taiwan . The sellers profile says “ships to
me” and they also said they ship to the states often. However, when I try to
checkout it will not allow me to proceed and a note pops up saying “seller does
not support orders to Maryland”
He claims he isn’t sure why it says that but offers no resolution. And now they
aren’t responding to my messages

Doesn't have an onsite payment method so BrickLink can collect sales tax
is my guess. He'd still be able to ship to some U.S. states (e.g. Oregon
or Delaware).
