I received an order from an unknown seller, I have an address, I don't have
a transaction number. Additional problem is that I had to pay a £3.50 fee for
insufficient postage. I paid this because I'm expecting some deliveries,

is in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes so if anyone knows which store this

I live about 6 miles from Stony Stratford (I used to work there too), but was
unaware there were any BL stores that close to me. Maybe I'll shop with them
in future and cut out Mr Postman and his increasingly poor service.

Have you tried searching your email (if you keep old orders) as the seller obviously
has your address so presumably you have placed an order in the past so should
have ygeir address. The other possibility is if a different seller was short
on another order to you and they drop shipped the parts from a (bad) seller.

I carried on searching through my previous orders, about 100 over the past couple
of months, and I finally found the store! I've sent a message but no response
so far.
