I just remembered randomly how common it used to be to see complaints about various
errors in the forum if not daily, at least a few times a week.

For all the collective groaning we do when something on this site updates, at
least I can personally say that I haven't seen a "50X" or "40X"
error that kept me from doing something on this site for quite some time.

Can't speak for everyone, but I'd wager it's a lot less common occurrence
across the board.

Good job BL team!

  Good job BL team!

In 2 days time I have used Bricklink for exactly 12 months. Compared to other
sites.

In that 12 months there was only 1 day which Error issues concerned me. 1:365
is an awesome effort by Bricklink IT staff.

I will take that anyday and everyday.9.999999999999/10

Hi there,

Thanks so much for noticing, and for your kind words! Your positive feedback
is appreciated, like a rare promo brick.

We've been monitoring our traffic and taken steps to increase site reliability.

Our community engagement team passed this along to our engineers, so they know
their work is appreciated.

Thanks again,
The BrickLink Team

I thought it was a troll account since it doesn't have the usual signs of
being a moderator/administrator

It's also the first time I notice that BrickLink is spelled with a capital
L

Just found out there is not a way to report a zero feedback user. Does anyone
know how I report this "TheBrickLinkTeam" member?
