Yes, the admin-mods aren't understanding what we're reporting because
we can't explain anything and they don't take the time to look at the
pictures or at the other posts in the thread.

Rules are pointless if not upheld. It is even worse if they allow people to report
and then make decisions opposite to their published rules as users learn reporting
is also pointless.

Yes.
We (CEP mods) have voiced our concerns about all that.
Adding some kind of free form text to the report form is “being evaluated,” along
with reducing the amount of emails reporters receive and links/references to
the items in the messages so that we can know what is accepted/dismissed.
Now, the new reporting system is only two months old. Compare with the bugs
on the 8-year-old Wanted List system….
