Not sure what axaday got in his copies but mine comes with 4345a and it is the copy produced between 1989-91 because of solid-stud heads but I think it is an early-production because of 3002old red bricks.

Do you take hundreds of photos and keep galleries of sets you open hoping your
photos would answer any question in regard to part variations,... that might
arise in future?!

BTW, My set did not come with any extra part.
Not hundreds. A picture or two of each sealed bag. It has helped a few times.
