Hello. I am trying to pay for an order but I keep getting a PayPal error message
that says:

We encountered PayPal API error while processing your payment. Please check your
order or payment status and try it again.
CAPTURE VOIDED"

I've personnaly get this CAPTURE VOIDED ten times maybe.
It always happens when your Credit Card has reached the limit for the month,
or your account being restricted, or the more often (my case) when you've
reached the rotating limit (like you can't spend more than $2500 for a week
or 15 days)... This last one is a measure to protect you from someone finding
your credit card and spending 20K on line immediately...
IN SHORT, it was never a PayPal or BrickLink problem, but related to a limit
of your credit card (or credit card funding of your PayPal account).
This can't be fixed apart waiting a day, few days (see above the "rotating
limit".
Or place a phone call with your banker
