I put this bar into the brick as part of a set I'm working but later I realized
I put the wrong length bar in it. So now I need to remove it but it is wedged
in too tight I can't get it out. I can press it now hard on a flat surface
with my thumbs and move the bar but only as far as the stud. Any recommendations
on how I can get this out?

Thank you
Put tissue paper or craft foam in the jaws of pliers, grab and pull.

Thanks for the advice. I managed to get it out using a screwdriver, my thumbs
are pretty achy now though lol
