Hello, I was trying to sent a message to a seller asking about a shipping price,
but it says I cant send messages, I need to verify something or any other thing
to be able to do it?

Sending messages is blocked for new accounts to prevent spamming/scamming.
Check the store's Terms or Splashpage for a shippingtable.
Maybe the store has the Request a Quote function enabled.
