Is ground saver the same as Ground Advantage? If so I was wondering what other
Sellers are doing about the latest change in the insurance on Packages.
If you set up second shipping method in BrickLink will it show both of them on
the checkout page so that the Buyer can pick insurance if he wants it on the
order. I have Instant Check out set in my store.

But regardless of which method they choose they will always have full insurance
since insurance is for the seller not the buyer so having the multiple options
may confuse buyers

No, Ground Saver is UPS, Ground Advantage is USPS. I never fully understood
why USPS decided to use that name when UPS and FedEx had already been using "ground"
in their methods for decades.
But regardless, I also don't understand why UPS Ground Saver exists when
it's generally the same price as UPS ground and takes 1-3 days longer to
arrive.

(sometimes a tiny bit less) - and UPS sometimes uses USPS for last mile delivery
of Ground Saver packages.

I just use USPS and drop off in person on the way home from work, but maybe your
extra money on UPS has a brown truck come and get it at your house?
