It would be useful in the catalogue and/or Studio if we could filter and/or search
and/or have a palette/category by Years instead of Year. For exemple If we entered
2025, we would have all pieces sill active this year.

On Bricklink: https://www.bricklink.com/catalogSearch.asp?v=C

Note that the year attribute of parts is only derived from the years the sets
the part appears in were sold in. That does not distinguish the actual variant
of the part in those years. This data is not available.

In Studio: define 'active'. If you want to know which parts where or
will be available for production in certain time periods, use the BDP palettes
in Studio. If you want to know which parts are currently available: check the
availability and price info which shows in Studio. If you want to know which
parts you can buy new directly from LEGO, check B&P.
