a new version 7227 of this right technic panel appeared:

The left panel is included as well and it is still the old version with the number
4527.
For that reason I took a photo of both undersides.
The new part (53) is on the bottom, the old one (52) is on the top. As you can
see the underside has slightly changed, the border of the new part (53) is now
a little bit thicker.
Upper sides are equal.
