Long story short, I shipped an order to the USA on January 27 but it stuck in
transit somewhere and there was no update on the tracking since then.
They buyer contacted me after 2 weeks as she needed the parts for a project and
would miss the deadline due to the delay so I started an item inquiry at Austrian
Post and requested the return of the shipment once they found it.
I also sent the buyer full refund since the Post confirmed that the shipment
will be returned to me once found.
I've checked the tracking today and the parcel managed to arrive to the USA
on March 14 somehow and was delivered today, the buyer confirmed that she got
it.
She told me she still doesn't need the parts even after I offered 50% off
on the whole order and she would rather return it to me. She told me to buy a
return label but I can't, it doesn't work like that here. I checked the
US UPS website and it would cost $200+ to ship it, the slowest UPS method would
cost around $22.50.
So as of now I'm out of both the items and the money, lost the initial shipping
cost, will need to pay the return cost and even import VAT plus customs fees
if the lady won't be able to fill out the customs form properly which proves
the package contains returned goods.
Anyone located in or near MA 01950 who could help me with returning the pacel
to me?

Are they new parts? Maybe I can buy them to avoid the waste. If I can use them
then no problem. If new just send a list if you can.

How many parts are we talking about ? Let me know if you still need help , I
can try. I used to ship international until the shipping rates became exorbitant
so now I just do domestic USA. Send me a private message through my store. You
