Is it truly an E check issue (seems Unlikely)?
Sorry if this seems like beating a dead horse but the issue clearly has not been
resolved, and it appears to be impacting multiple sellers significantly.

I know it has nothing to do with an eCheck, I haven't had any luck on the
other questions.
