Since november my store says it will not sell to you.
I go into my store and it says
"Seller does not support shipping to Ohio"
and to all other states apparently.
How do I fix this.
Administrators are no help at all. they might answer after a week or so. they
told me to update my shipping which I did. Still doesn't work.

It's probably written in Help, but I didn't check.
You need to provide an instant payment method (PayPal or Stripe) for the buyers
to pay for their Sales Tax.
Otherwise they can't which isn't allowed, so you can't ship to those
States.

What I’d normally convey via PM, I’ll do quickly here.
Start by closing your store. Then, set-up a single domestic shipping method.
Then, take care of your payment method by accepting an “onsite” payment method,
as the Frenchman voiced.
After which, open up and see how it goes. If all is well, and you’d still like
to continue selling abroad, set up another shipping method to one or two other
countries to start.
In other words, erase and start over with a renewed understanding. PM me if
you need further guidance.

collect the US sales tax and remit it to the proper authorities.

confirmation fee" you mention?

I like the "NO SELLING TO THE NETHERLANDS ...Do not ask. If you order from
netherlands I will cancel order" terms. Yet they list the Netherlands as
an allowed destination rather than turn it off.

Problems also with descriptions like Used "AS NEW" and "I can only
accept cash checks or money orders at this time."
So MsLaura you accept PayPal but not for everything, as in... it depends?
And of course Sales Tax won't be paid then.

confirmation fee" is? I tried looking it up online but I could not find anything.

Hi there I am located in New Zealand and when I look at your store I get the
following message on the home screen
“Seller does not support orders shipping to New Zealand when any item is equal
to or less than NZD 1000(~US $573.56).”
Yet your store says min buy is US $5.00.
Also if I add something to my cart I get this message
“No Payment Method. This store didn’t select any payment methods accepted for
international buyers. Contact seller for further action”
See the screenshots below to view the messages I am referring to.
I see in your stores payment policy there are no payment options listed for buyers
from outside the US just options for buyers in the US you may need to add payment
options for buyers outside the US so overseas buyers can purchase from your store.
Thought I would let you know incase these are similar issues to what you have
mentioned.
