Had three of them yesterday and 5 in the last 2 weeks. What are we supposed to
do with them? Is there a fix for this?

I have 1 I received and after 11 days checked to find paypal had cancelled it,
but on B/L it was still showing as paid.
I reset order to pending status notified customer to check with their bank or
CC company and resubmit payment.
It is now showing as payment pending again.

Void the payment in PayPal, set the payment status to none on your order and
reinvoice
