In my recollection you can't. Another reason why the "Completed"
status shouldn't be available to the seller.

you.
You only have 7 days before it can’t be changed at all.

Thanks for trying to help, wrote to Bricklink for help marts 10, 2 1/2 week ago,
but they still havent solved the problem, now I have just shipped the items and
hope for payment.
So what have I learned from this episode: just dont mess with the "orders
recieved" button
reminds me of that button in LOST..
