There are two different builds of the scooter in set 71741-1. The original version
of the set used part 4083, the later and current version uses 2540 plus 3839b
instead. I downloaded the instructions from the Lego website when I originally
purchased the set in 2021. And I downloaded them again recently and noticed the
difference in the scooter build. The current inventory on Bricklink is for the
original and contains part 4083 in white but is missing 2540 and 3839b in white.
