| Why can't I get in touch with the seller.
What can I do?

If you haven't yet, go to you Orders Placed page:
https://www.bricklink.com/orderPlacedOld.asp
Then into the order detail page by clicking the order ID number on the far left.
Try using the "Contact your seller about this order" active link
within the buyer info section of the page.
Please let it be known here in forum whether it works or not. If not, try using
the Contact Tab within the seller's store, top left.

This only works if there is an order placed, otherwise sellers cannot be contacted
as of now with 0 feedback accounts.

Okay, I get my assumption. It’s the phrasing, in using determiner the
with seller, instead of a seller, for example. Shouldn't assume
nonetheless
To the OP: My post stands should it actually pertain to a seller with whom you’ve
placed and order.

If you are contemplating an order, you can use the Request Quote feature, and
that way establish contact with the seller.
