on 22nd May 2024, and it's still pending. Do I need to do anything else?
I understand these take time, and this service pack set isn't remotely as
important as actual set releases, but I was wondering if I had submitted it incorrectly?

This is probably a Dacta/Educational service bag which means it is very difficult
to find any additional information about it. The submission looks good, please
just have some (more) patience until we have time to look into it. You can already
send additional images to catalog@bricklink.com.
