Hi. I'm a new soon to be seller on this platform trying to troubleshoot this
error message. "Seller does not support orders shipping to North Carolina."
I see this message when I login to store using a test account I created.
I was able to find some older forum threads that indicate this message is from
onsite payments not being setup. As far as I can tell, I have the PayPal properly
setup and if I understand correctly onsite payments is enabled by default with
the current setup of BrickLink.
Any suggestions of other options to troubleshoot this issue? Much appreciated!

As you have PayPal onsite, this sounds like the visual glitch, your should be
able to ignore the banner and still checkout, however a possible fix is to disconnect
and reconnect your PayPal account, and if you haven’t done so already, upgrade
your PayPal account to a business account.
Ps, you have this
“Once a package is received by USPS for shipping, Bricksium is not liable for
any missing, damaged, or lost items during shipping.”
In your terms which isn’t true as sellers are fully responsible for the package
until it’s delivered regardless of tracking/insurance

Thanks for the quick reply. I tried the disconnect and reconnect method with
my business PayPal account and that seemed to do the trick! Thanks for the suggestion.
Also, thanks for the tip on the shipping terms regarding seller/responsibility.
In reviewing the terms of many sellers on BrickLink, I've seen similar statements.
Also, went down a bit of an endless rabbit hole researching this online and if
my understanding is correct you can set your terms for orders as "All orders
are FOB shipping point" and thereby indicating that the buyer is liable for
package once shipped (at least I believe this correct in the U.S.).
Now, I'm not attorney and have no idea how this would be handled should a
buyer pursue action directly via BrickLink, PayPal or their credit card for a
lost or damaged package. I have to believe it would get messy and ideally shipping
insurance would hopefully be in place to protect both parties.

I know it’s a common saying, but just since lots of people do or say it, dosent
make it right. If an order gets lost or damaged in the mail, 100% of the time
the buyer will get a full refund when they file a claim with their bank or PayPal,
who will reverse the charge from your account and you will get hit with a chargeback
fee, or, if it’s lost/damaged you refund and then you don’t get any fees (and
customer protection laws likely would force you as well)
