I messed up and fat fingered 2 instead of one on an item and just got an order
for both. I only have one of the item and need to remove the other. Is there
an easy way to do this? Thanks for your help guys. Usually if it is a 5 or
10 cent part no worries, but this was a $2+ part.

usually best to contact the customer to confirm they are fine without it and
then refund the part. item removal requests are usually more hassle then they
are worth

Thanks, I generally go this route as well. I let them know I didn't have
it. Funny enough, the description of the item actually hinted there was only
one, but not their fault. Because it is a couple bucks and to not mess up the
price guide, since the part is somewhat rare and not a big seller, is why I am
looking to go this route, hopefully the only time. :o)

If the order's paid, simply tell the buyer (and agree with) you'll ship
1 of those, and refund the other one, apologizes, etc.
