I was trying to send out a package to a customer from my store, and it hasn't
gotten to the customner's destination AT ALL in the month I've sent it
out and now my customer is as worried as much as I am.

This postal entanglement is annoying to both my customer and I, as I've been
given "non-shipping seller" status.

I've been trying to refund him, but every time I try to click to refund him,
there's something wrong on my end. Here's the Bricklink order that's
currently giving me trouble: 27357183

have you tried removing all comments from the message field on the refund page,
also have you manually checked Paypal as it has been known to go thru at times
and still say error which can lead to duplicate refunds

I've tried that, and it isn't going through. I submitted it as bug/technical
issue on my end.

If you refund the transaction on PayPal you can then open the order in Bricklink
and when clicking the refund option here it will update from the PayPal refunded
amount.
