I'm working on this month's part outs was astonished at how mangled the
fabric pieces were in two of the sets.
Can these be ironed? Will LEGO replace them? I've had them pressed between
instruction manuals for a few days now with weight on top and theres no chance
they'll ever look mint. This is a result of the bags for the pieces landing
awkwardly while the boxes were being filled with bags or something because
even the bags look like they were packed by a gorilla - a temp gorilla on it's
first day at best.

most likely, however as a reseller I generally avoid asking lego for replacements
as you never know if after x amount of replacements one might get banned or the
like

Yea that's the catch-22. If it's stress marks on a dark red or red brown
piece I've just been tossing them in to a box for the buy back program or
to sell in bulk, but these are $8 a piece, x2 per set, x2, so it's super
annoying.

A misting of water and a warm iron can do wonders to wrinkled items. Iron between
clean white paper to avoid possible shiny spots, Spray starch can be used too.

I have had a similar issue with this a couple of times. Each time I reported
it to replace a part and about 4 weeks later no charge.
