We have had maybe one or two over the 15 years or so that have not cleared. Now
in the last 3 weeks we have had 3 that never cleared. Why is this happening?
Anyone else seeing this.

its a currently known glitch happening between bricklink and paypal. no solution
has been confirmed to be a fix yet
