I wonder what you think of this. I bought 40 packs of sealed D&D figures from
a seller. I was surprised to find that none of them were the Dragonborn Paladin.
I contacted the seller to say that is statistically improbable. He told me
he had removed the paladins from the lot and were selling them individually as
the palladin.
I made my case that I didn't think it was right to do that without making
a note in the description that these random figures would not include the palladin.
The official description of this item is one random figure out of 12, not out
of 11.
The seller agreed to give me a partial refund, but didn't think there was
any issue.
