Like many others out there my store was suspended for not complying with the
DSA. I only received one letter from BL, despite them saying they wrote me many
times, which states that I need to go to the orders received page to self-certify.
However, there is nothing on that page. Has anyone else successfully navigated
this process?

I just went to my orders and got this. I've submitted it, so we'll see
how long it takes.

Only seems to work for existing stores that have been open.

Those of us who haven't opened yet and still haven't gone through the
new seller verification process are getting nowhere as that whole part is disabled.

Unless it changed since yesterday: It's disabled because step 2 (add inventory)
is not fulfilled. Which you can't do because the store is disabled.

It's the same today so nothing has changed.

I have the exact same problem. I recommend that in addition to writing to support,
you also write on their Facebook page to speed up the process. The more the better.

UPDATE 22 Feb...Previously I had mentioned that "My Bricklink" tab didn't
function anymore, just sending me to an error page. Well as of this morning
my access to those features has been restored but now all of my store access
is completely gone. Before I could at least see my page and see that it is closed.
But now it's as if I never had a store at all. Thousands of dollars and
hours worth of inventory erased. Hopefully it can be restored.

Same here. Do you have access to your inventory or to your "My Bricklink'
tab?

No, I don't and therefore I won't proceed to step 3.

Why don't you try this solution?

You didn't have this much inventory to reupload (using BrickStore, recommended)
- did you?

Of course I don't know if this works and / or if it's faster than waiting
for Help Desk.

I have around 120k pcs in 8k lots and unfortunately no current backup so the
only thing to do is wait for helpdesk I think.

I think mine is similar as I had closed my store a few years ago because I was
living overseas and didn't have access to all of my inventory. I think they
may make me reopen the store, but I hope I can get access to my inventory. I
have thousands of dollars in inventory. I do not relish starting from scratch.

Have you received any response from helpdesk?

I received a response but unfortunately with instructions that didn't work
so now waiting for another response.

Oh wow, that is great that it worked for you. Do you recall how you got to that
page? I would normally go through orders received or "My Bricklink"
but that only takes me to an error page. If you can recall how you did it, maybe
I can get it to work for me.

Did you ever receive the popups previously? And finally, was your store already
closed previously? Mine has been closed for a couple years and I think that
may have something to do with it.

Thanks for your help
