I purchased from Amazon Canada online store the following:

A.1) AUSEM 48pcs Technic-Parts Power-Functions Set
A.2) ASTEM 413PCS Plus Technic-Parts Pullback-Motor Axle-Pin set

Also:

B.1) Domoni 9-in-1 Technic-Motor-Kit Compatible with Lego, Power Functions Motor
Set
B.2) Habow 852pcs Technic-Parts Gears-Axle-Pin-Connector Compatible with Lego-Technic
set

I wanted to decide to keep A or B option above. It's a gift for my kids and
I am totally lost as I could not do anything with both A or B.

I searched many YouTube videos and I cannot follow the instructions in almost
any video to build any kind of remote controlled car or even a simple motorized
car. Please point me to a video or a guide to build anything motorized such as
RC car for my kids using the sets I mentioned above.

Please help as my kids are looking up to me to teach them how to build a motorized
RC car or similar.

None of these are Lego. How are we supposed to help?

I got similar sets from Lego, there is no difference. I need help to build a
basic RC Car using such sets.

You should look at lego instructions to learn how to build with lego parts. I
doubt anyone here knows what is in the sets you bought as they are not lego.
But if they are fakes of lego parts you could look up the lego parts here and
see what sets they are in, then look at the instructions for sets that look similar
to what you want to build.

Especially for electronic parts and moving parts, whether they behave like genuine
parts is another matter.

This forum doesn't have that functionality, you need to come back searching
or saving the link

I built a programmable robot with potential AI IC function to assist children
on the AD Spectrum. I don't need to repeat why as its in my "me"
file.

But what you and others say is right, that information is not forthcoming I couldn't
find it and during my early builds I purchased several sets built them learned
that functionality.

I was successful by making several builds and then reverse engineering to provide
those same interchangeable instructions. I am precluded from saying anything
more on this subject for the meantime due to ongoing considerations of IP rights
in contract.

But what I did find during this and a set that you may find entertaining in your
situation for your kiddies is the 42160 as a whole unit. I found the 42077 was
easy and had comparable space to modify to what you describe using existing available
lego power functions.
