| For the past few weeks, the pop up for self certification has not showed up.
So, without it, how do i self certify? Can anyone point me to a link?

Some would say the shop would've been closed if seller didn't comply
- so in fact, he knows. Erm.

| I remember completing this but it doesn’t show on my store either in the U.K.
So it doesn’t seem to show in anywhere but the E.U.
