I recently got a Lego bulk lot and found this guy. I thought it was SW0586, but
it has an extra red streak. Can anyone tell if this is marker, a misprint, or
some kind of voodoo warning?

I have concerns about posting it for sale if it has been "damaged" or
"cursed by voodoo".

It's marker, see how you can see a faint line where it continues past the
right eye and goes above the left?
Don't sell it unless you can clean it.
