On Feb 4th, I ordered a rare minifigure (sw0759) at a store called StarBrixx
and paid the money as the recieved invoice told the same day via IBAN. Since
then, I‘ve tried to reach the seller via BrickLink, sent an e-mail and SMS, but
nobody replied and my order has never been shipped.
Yesterday I‘ve sent a Non-Shipping-Seller-Alert, but nothing happened since.
As I paid nearly 300€ for this order, I just want to ask, if there‘s anything
more I can do to reach for help from BrickLink or anybody else.

No, bricklink cannot really do anything more than the NSS. As you chose to pay
by bank transfer instead of using PayPal, then you could try going through your
bank or report to police.

No, bricklink cannot really do anything more than the NSS. As you chose to pay
by bank transfer instead of using PayPal, then you could try going through your
bank or report to police.
The seller does have a fair bit of negative feedback but for different reasons.
It had only been 8 days at the time you left negative feedback, but of course
the seller should reply to an email. If they take a couple of days to pack or
only post a couple of times per week, then 8 days is not that long. Especially
with bank transfer they might not see it until next day, and possibly take some
time to identify the order. Did the seller not expect you to pay for tracked
postage for an item of that value? I wouldn't send something of that value
without some form of tracking and insurance.

asked for tracking number the same day i ordered/payed). as far as i know, the
package was never shipped, because the status of the order didn‘t change from
"ready" ever since (until i changed it to NSS)

The shipped status is something that the seller sets. It is not automatic. So
it might have been shipped and the seller has not changed the status as yet.
