I think it’d be really great if there was an easy way to see which MOCS we’ve
liked. This would make it easier to reference them in the future. This would
also be a great alternative for tracking which MOCS we may like to purchase in
the future without adding all the individual bricks to a wishlist.

It already exists, but it’s somewhat hidden:

— Go to the Gallery (https://www.bricklink.com/v3/studio/gallery.page ).  Not
My Studio!
— Click ‘Go to My Gallery’ in the header (next to the yellow ‘Upload creation’
button).
— There you have two tabs: ‘Creations’ & ‘Likes’.

I've just made it through all 375 Series 7 designs. When I look in My Gallery
both 'Creations' and 'Likes' are empty. Do you know if there
is there a way to see 'likes' and 'loves' in the BrickLink Designer
Series 7?

Indeed, what I described is only for the MOCs on the Gallery.  AFAIK, there’s
no way to sort by liked/seen for BDP submissions.
