I got a PP payment with an exclamation mark what means the payment was not fulfilled.
Looked to be an e-check but buyer denies and first told me amount was written
off.. When I look at the paypal transaction it is CANCELLED so I did not receive
the money.
Buyer tried to cancel the order (just like I tried) and changed the PAID to NSS!
But if course I did not ship! I never received the payment!

I am selling on Bricklink for many years with thousands of orders but have never
had this before. I don't know if there is a way to solve this and asked buyer
to pay to my PP account without the link. I don't know where something goes
technically wrong but the "PAID !" leaves a lot of questions and it looks
it has nothing to do with an e-check -payment but with a transaction that somehow
has been cancelled. Never had "PAID!" before, now three in two weeks.
The same here with several orders. BL admins are involved. Send them all screenshots
from PayPal and the order details please.

Still happens today. How has there been nothing said about this from Bricklink?
Only a matter of time before a scammer makes 1000 orders on a Saturday and a
bunch of people get ripped off. Sorry to say but that seems to be what it will
take to get it fixed.
I've received two orders that were never processed and I had to contact both
sellers who had no idea. I am one little guy, so how many thousands or tens of
thousands have been lost because of this.
Are any multi-platform sellers noticing the same increase on other platforms?
Or is it simply the PP / BL exchange?

I've only noticed it on BL. It's only happened to me twice. First time
early last year and it corrected itself within an hour or two. The one over
the weekend was a bit more painful.
