Hello,
I have a buyer who leave a NSS because one piece is missing
He say Seller shipped order but order was incomplete
Details: Missing (1) yellow Duplo, Train Tipper Box 4 x 4 x 2 (x2) ..... US $0.60
each
I send a email.. i will send the missing piece on Monday
I send the missing piece The order total was 12.00
How a can take out the NSS

send proof of tracking and/or a refund to the help desk and they will remove
it (usually a 2-3 week wait but even if completed they will remove it) or ask
