Simple question with a caveat.

It turns out at some point I must have parted out a single copy of the Captain
Rex Helmet, 75349 but neglected to upload it through Brickstore.

Is there a way in Brickstore or Bricklink to pull MY inventory numbers for that
set specifically so I can go back and do a hard count?

The only way I can see doing it at the moment is pulling up the set in Brickstore
and then go down the list and search for each piece and correct the counts -
which seems very tedious.

Nubs gave you an answer, but don't forget one major tools in BrickStore are:
* subtraction
* copy/paste+consolidate
* copy values from another file

With this, some trials and learning, you can do almost any operation.

I definitely need to step up my game with Brickstore, I know it can do a lot
but after some mistakes back when I was starting out I'm to timid to do anything
drastic. I think I saw some videos on youtube at one point, I should go back
and look.

The idea is that you can practice: take 2 completely invented lists (or your
shop invententory) and PLAY with it, try, understand, take notes, etc.
