* Wait it's arrived on the PayPal account THEN refund fully, then cancel
the order,
* or place a phone call with PayPal and ask them to cancel the payment, if they
can then you can cancel the order.

out.

Why don't you place PayPal a call?
Here anyway it's super easy to get them on the phone.
They'll fix the problem.

I will do so but it is so frustrating doing all this for a 7 Euro order...never
had e-check payments before, got three last month all failing I don't know
how it works but it looks it does not work like it should.....looks buyers test
out if you disguard the ! sign behind the "paid".....

AFAIK you should be able to disable e-check payments in your PayPal account.
