Hello, as a seller, I have been using Stripe as a form of payment for a few months.
I have had some sales go through it, and received my first payout back in November.
After that payout, all my other payouts have constantly been rescheduled for
a future date. I reached out to Stripe support and they need documentation proving
that I am an authorized seller.

I am really confused by this request. The options that they gave as acceptable
proof are:
- Authorization from the brands
- Authorization from an authorized supplier/wholesaler

Has anyone else had to deal with this before? Do you know if there is somewhere
within BrickLink that I can obtain those authorizations?

Thanks for any help you can give!

I’ve used Stripe for over a year. I always get my payouts but they’re always
at a future date, not immediate.

For anyone who stumbles across this issue in the future, I was able to resolve
this issue with the Stripe team by emailing their support team and just stating
that I am selling Lego parts on a website that is owned by the Lego Group. They
then reactivated my account within an hour.

Thank you to those who reached out with this suggestion. It worked wonderfully!

Glad to hear it’s resolved! I’ll try to remember this solution so I can recommend
it to the next person who asks
