is categorised as a minifigure rather than individual parts, so it doesn't
show colour details. Is there a resource where I can find this colour information?

Those are dark blue and reddish brown respectively.
The Hordika figures are the same color as their respective constraction figure
- black, white, dark green, dark red, dark blue, light brown.
As far as I know, there's no comprehensive resource for the Fabuland figures,
but the heads make use of the following colors: White, light gray, black, tan,
nougat, green, earth orange, fabuland brown, fabuland lime, fabuland orange,
rust*
*The same type of rust used for Duplo cows, not the 2004-2005 color.

- Pandas: White
- Raccoons: Fabuland Orange
- Crows: Black
- Parrots: Green
- Seagulls: White
- Bulldogs: White or Fabuland Brown
