Inventory list currently has a Right Side piece with sticker only. There should also be a Left Side piece.

The way you have submitted the request won't work. You'll need to add
the stickered counterpart to the catalog first. Once it's approved, then
you can request to add that new stickered part as a counterpart. If you can
also submit a picture of the stickered left side 71709, that would be optimal.
